All Surgical Operations Accompanied by Gas Anesthesia and Monitoring

In our center, all general and orthopedic surgical operations are performed in our fully sterile operating room equipped with high technology. Sterilization in our operating room is provided by purifying the air coming from outside from dust filter and hepafilter, passing through hydrogen peroxide and UV, and then giving it to the operation room. Entrances to our operation preparation and operation room are provided through fully hermatic doors (full sealing) used in the field of Veterinary Medicine in Turkey. The walls and floor of our operating room are covered with static epoxy to create a fully sterile area. The polluted air accumulated in the operating room and the anesthetic agents formed during anesthesia are evacuated by special mechanical exhausts.

URGENT

Emergency medicine service is one of the most important components of the health sector. With this understanding, as VTM, our emergency service, which was created by considering the needs of our patients, has been professionally planned by handling all kinds of cases with its expert staff. By applying triage to our urgent patients; It is one of our most important principles to apply the correct diagnosis and treatment as soon as possible. In our 7×24 sterile operating room, the operations of our patients are carried out within the scope of our expert staff.

Doppler / Ultrasound Imaging

In organ controls such as liver, kidney, urinary bladder, prostate, heart, gallbladder, spleen, eye, breast, thyroid, and in the diagnosis of pregnancy, color Doppler ultrasound, which can take 3D images, instantly diagnoses pet discomfort.

Radiology

All radiographic examinations in Premium VTM are made with our high frequency 'CR' Fujifilm brand device produced for veterinary use. The images obtained in our CR system, which is the latest technology in the veterinary sector, are processed and transferred to all our systems with the pacs system. Thus, the diagnostic details of bone and soft tissue can be displayed perfectly in a single shot. Many measurements, adjustments, filtering and specific colorings can be made on the obtained images. Thanks to this system used, no detail that can be seen in a radiograph is overlooked. Thanks to Cr; For the early diagnosis of Hip Dysplasia, which is frequently encountered in large breed puppies, angle measurements, which determine the degree of hip dislocation, can be made in digital environment on radiographs taken with the distraction method. Cardiac radiographs taken for the preliminary diagnosis of heart diseases can also detect the cardiovascular structure of the heart, its size, position and shape, the degree of heart failure and non-cardiac causes.

Preventive medicine

Preventive medicine is the branch of medicine that focuses on measures to prevent diseases from occurring or worsening. Current systems recognize that preventing diseases is a more rational and less costly approach than treating them. This can be achieved through effective preventive medicine practices. Animal and public health practices encompass a wide range of important issues, from hygiene to nutrition and vaccination. It is essential that the living spaces of animals kept in animal production farms, animal shelters, homes, and workplaces meet hygienic standards. Ensuring these conditions is one of the most fundamental duties of veterinarians. In particular, clinics, polyclinics, and hospitals must adhere to hygienic conditions. Premium VTM is equipped with devices that ensure environmental sterilization from the entrance area to various treatment rooms. With accurate diagnosis and the most optimal treatment options, the aim is to both shorten the animal's exposure time to medications and protect public health by considering the environmental damage that drug residues could cause. The importance of maintaining cleanliness and the necessity of bringing pets for regular veterinary checkups are conveyed to pet owners both by our veterinarians during examinations and through various informative brochures we have prepared. Regular follow-ups for vaccinations, internal and external parasite treatments, and regular health screenings to ensure early diagnosis are vital for our patients to live healthier, longer, and more comfortable lives. At Premium VTM, we will continue to prioritize 'Preventive Medicine' and work towards informing pet owners and protecting public health.

The procedure is performed without causing stress to the patient and without the need for anesthesia.

Orthopedics

The analyses performed in our clinic allow for the reliable evaluation of hormonal imbalances, infections, parasitic diseases, and kidney-urinary tract problems. The results obtained are interpreted together with clinical examination findings to develop an accurate and effective treatment plan.

Soft Tissue and Tumor Surgery
